Position Location: Tel Aviv - Israel
We are seeking a motivated Business Operations Manager to join our team. You will take part in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our operations, including but not limited to process improvement, Project Management and Accounting Responsibilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers and vendors collaborating with different departments to drive operational excellence and streamline our business processes.

You will be responsible for:- Financial Management:
- Overseeing financial transactions: Record and manage companies financial transactions, such as pricing proposals, purchases, receipts, and payments in appropriate accounting software
- Managing accounts receivable generating invoices, process payments, and reconcile discrepancies
- Business Operations
- Supporting Business Operations in various aspects of the sales process including but not limited to: Generating Price Proposals, Managing Customer Accounts/Subscriptions, working with companies CRM
- Project Management – Supporting various company projects
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate operational performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports, metrics, and KPIs to management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Finance/Accounting Role, sales/business operations or in a similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of business operations, process improvement methodologies, and project management principles.
- Knowledge of Excel and general computer skills
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment.
- High level of English Proficiency
