About this opportunity

We are looking for a Product Engineering Management Director, who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our products. Lead design requirements and specifications, work with product and development teams through delivery, in coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.


In this role, you will…
  • Lead Product Engineering Management team who are responsible for defining and translating the product/market needs to R&D Software requirements.
  • Take an active part in product roadmap definition together with product team and business owners while taking customers inputs into account.
  • Work closely with Dev/SQA teams as well as other disciplines to take the proper tradeoffs as needed.
  • Act as the main focal point during the development cycle for any related question that may arise related to priority change or change-requests.
  • Work closely with the R&D teams to develop user stories, technical solution and functional specs to ensure successful end-to-end implementation of those features.
  • Drive the technical product roadmap – both short & long term.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously and resolve scheduling and other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and technology trends to help guide product direction.
  • Provide guidelines and directions to the team to prioritize backlog and handle development / engineering tasks allocation.
  • Take a leading part in all product engineering management team sprint activities - including scoping, planning, daily meetings and retrospective analysis.
In this role, you’ll need …
  • 10+ years of experience as an inbound product manager or product owner in a company delivering software products.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant managerial experience – managing product managers/product owners.
  • Strong technical background, and understanding of complex systems including processes, products integrations, Interfaces, and technical architecture
  • Experience with UX/UI best practices and concepts.
  • 5+ years of experience as SW team lead or Senior developer.
  • 4+ years of practice in Agile/scrum methodology and preparation PI planning.
  • Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
  • Outstanding communication, and presentation.
  • Self-leadership skills, motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English – written and spoken.
