Food and Beverage Coordinator


 

What will I be doing?

As F&B; Coordinator, you will provide excellent administrative support to the F&B;department, as

assigned. Specifically, a you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage the Departmental schedule

  • Assist with the coordination of special projects
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of: Hours of operation and availability, menus, any special events, or promotions happening in the different restaurants.
  • Process all food and beverage reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, mail, internally and through corporate reservations center or travel agencies.

Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • A passion for providing great service
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Strong administrative skills andorganization and precision abilities
  • Ability to switch-task efficiently while still meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external hotel relationships
