Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, smart, pragmatic, and quick learner to lead a Frontend team. As a leader, you will lead the team execution, assist in managing and building the team backlog, contribute, mentor, and share your skills with the other teams in the R&D.

As Engineering Manager, you must find the right balance between:

Strategic Execution - This refers to the future of the team execution. This includes building team backlog, performing retrospectives, improving team productivity, etc.
Tactical Execution - This refers to how the team is currently working and executing. This includes reviewing PR, monitoring the execution, removing blockers, etc, and also includes Hands-on coding
In general, depending on the team size and domain, we expect to have the following:

30% strategic
70% tactical
As a team leader, you may lead developers from different company branches or be fully remote.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
5+ years of Proven professional experience
Proven professional experience as Team Leader & Employees Management
Excellent Knowledge of the following: Nodejs, React
Excellent Knowledge of one or more of the following databases: MSSQL, Elastic, Cassandra, Mongo
MUST: Willing to adopt new technologies.
Advantage experience with one or more of the following: K8s, Docker, Helm, Gitops.
Excellent PR reviewing skills.
Excellent understanding of SOLID principles
Ability to design features
Communicative & Expressive
Good English
