This role will serve to assist the RSM team with operational work especially required in activating the retail campaigns and liaising directly with the retailers and marketing agency.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
Retail Management Process Follow-ups:
- Working with Key Account Manager and agency for producing the necessary POP artworks for the relevant retail campaigns

Involving in retail specific E-commerce marketing calendar planning processes and managing visual creation or localizations with the agency- Uploading local marketing designs to the OPA marketing system and following up on brand management approvals
- Making sure the designs are in-line with Disney guidelines
- Preparing retail activation presentations of relevant retail occasions aligned with franchise marketing planning
- Following up all the accounting processes including creating and extending new vendors in SAP, creating PO’s for each transaction under the supervision of the Key Account Manager
- Assisting the post-report preparation of retail activations
- Translating EMEA marketing and retail presentations to the local language where necessary.
Customer Management:
- Being in contact with the ABM’s or junior buyers of the retailers in order to maintain data-visual transfers through-out a retail promotion/activation
- Being in contact with store managers or visual merchandising managers of the retailers for the visual approval processes
- Attending the pre and after meetings with the retailers in order to be involved in most of the activation processes
Education & Other Requisites
- 3rd year University students in B.A Marketing speciality
- Excellent command of Hebrew English in both speaking and writing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Able to work full time,
