QA Engineer Manual tests and Automation

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Engineer that will be responsible for the development of tests manual tests and automation of our next generation products,
Responsibilities:

o Participate in tests infrastructure architecture definition.
o Participate in designing and implementing tests infrastructure.
o Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance
o Develop and support tests infrastructure, add new tests to existing tests infrastructure.
o Characterization and testing of RF mobile backhaul solutions.
o Execution of manual tests cases (sanity/regression/stress and so on) that ensure quality throughout our release schedule.
o Handling reproduction of field related issue

Job Qualifications:

o Bachelors degree or last year student in Computer Science (or related field)
o Planning and Writing testing documents (STD) and knowledge of various QA methodologies
o Experience with working in Linux environments
o Understanding of layer 2/3 networking and network management and control
o Knowledge of TCP/IP , HTTP, XML
o Understanding of client/server applications
o Understanding end-to-end system testing
o Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
o Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, ambitiousness, eager to learn and develop.

Experience in few of the below areas is helpful:

o Experience in telecom data testing area
o Experience with testing equipment such as Spirent, Ixia, Xena
o Experience with web, CLI and SNMP testing
o Experience in Java and Python
o Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
